Update1: no exchange done, barely any communication, and being evasive. Now, we have to exchange rooms with a bed that does not have the details I've asked for and with missing pieces to put the bed together

Edit for the reply: No call came through or missed, paid for bed on June 15th to be delivered 1st of July to coincidence with house move, bed delivered on the 3rd of July, as I had been in the hospital due to a fall down the stairs. During the msg exchange, the extra cost for the split board was not mentioned. Don't mind paying for it, but I have no missed call and phone as I have not been off as I maintained contact with work over the days hospitalised. Bed also didn't come with the requested details, and I was still waiting on the pricing of the split board as per messages exchanged. I'm not going back and forth. I paid for a bed that only the colour and size came right.
