Bed is excellent quality and looks fantastic was worth the wait
Excellent through our great communication, answered my questions very promptly, bed itself is fantastic quality, well made and my daughter loves it, build instructions were the only snag, they were not very clear, but was easy to work out, as I am in construction and used process of elimination, but could do with being clearer,great company to deal with , I will definitely be using sams beds again in the near future, delivery was also excellent,very fast and efficient,thanks
Great quality and highly recommended. The customer service was second to none, and materials just fantastic. I highly recommend the company. Make sure you go for the solid base though, the slats come free and need drilling in.

We were looking for a bed with a split headboard to get into a narrow loft. Sam’s beds were the best quality and cost by a mile! It came really quick and the delivery man was an absolute treasure. Carried each piece in and explained what they were as he brought them in. It was really helpful to us that each piece was individually wrapped as this made it much easier to get up into the loft. I didnt even realise that at that price it came with a mattress (which it did and was an added bonus. 10 out of 10 quality, price, ease if order, speed of delivery and service.

They confirmed everything last week with me even made sure everything i had ordered was correct i had the headboard in as 40 thinking that was standard and the guy on the phone sorted the right size for me as the 40 was for houses with low roofs etc. the delivery guys were great as well. All round amazing service. Bed was simple to build and even when we needed advise the guy on the phone was so helpful. Would totally recommend

This is the second bed I’ve ordered from here. So happy with both. The storage underneath is so handy, the beds are easy to build and look very luxurious. Delivery also quick.
Lovely bed can’t complain my only thing was the delivery people nearly took my mattress away in the van and I had to put the bed frame into my house on my own

I’m absolutely in love with this bed! It’s absolutely stunning & very well made.
The only criticisms I could make is that the footboard is higher than expected, I’m assuming they have an extra deep mattress in the photo, it’s not a huge deal but I promised my husband it would be low as he’s very tall so he has to sleep on an angle now. It also has silver studs round the side of the headboard & mattress which aren’t shown in the photo, or maybe you just can’t tell because it’s a grey bed in the picture & we went for black, I wouldn’t personally have chosen them but I still love the bed nonetheless.
After I made the order, they phoned me a couple of times to check it was right and then it arrived well packaged and on time. Great customer service.
